First day OUCH!!

Well the first day ended up feeling just that "The first day". I planned on walking for the first couple of weeks. But Kim decided she was already going to make me run. So we walked 2 minutes ran two minutes. Because that was all I could give. It felt so unnatural to me. It was cold, my body was like what the hect are you doing to me, and the breathing thing was not helping. Then I was hot with a cold feeling sweat. Such a feeling of weirdness. I am so in tuned with my body. I could feel it cussing me. Kim would let me walk then run. But the running goals were not my favorite. She would say "Ok let's start running now to we get to that driveway then we will walk." Well the driveway looked a mile away. But I did it although she was trying to get me to run to the next driveway then the next....Hello!! Can't breathe here. I love the walking part as I gasp for breath. When it was time to run again the landmarks would be stop signs. I now love stop signs. If you see a woman jump out of car and kiss a stop sign it will be me!! I stopped to see Kathie at work to show her my rosie cheeks and deep breathing. All she can do is look at me and laugh. Got up this morning only to feel a little tiny reminder of what I did yesterday. My inner thighs were just a tiny bit feeling it. Thank God Kim stretched me out. Tomorrow if I'm going to feel the burn, that will be the day. (OUCH!!) I told her I would text her every name I call her when I try to get up!! Then she tells me she is some "boot camp" fitness instructor and how people actually throw up with the class. That scared me enough to run away from her. Boot camp..... mind as well pick out my tomb stone. I don't know how she can run, talk, stop watch us, laugh, and do her fancy breathing all at the same time. All I can do is pray to live and make it through it!! I have to say after I did the walk and run thing I felt refreshed.

Hebrews 12:1-3 (My focus verse)

1Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
2fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3For consider Him who has endured such hostility by sinners against Himself, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

I had to buy these special clothes to run. They are lighter, keeps you warm and keeps the sweat off. So I don't get all entangled in heavy clothes running. If I did wear heavy sweatsuits, jackets, and hats I couldn't do it. They would weigh me down. It reminds to shed off all the yuck in my life that weighs me down that would hinder me to run His race.
